Terms of Service

Your account

• Give accurate signup details and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you sign up on behalf of a company, college or school, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
• Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. Students under 18 should use the service with the knowledge of a parent, guardian or teacher.

Plans and billing

• The Slide plan is free and includes 5 new decks a month. Unused decks do not carry over.
• Deck and Boardroom are paid per user, monthly or yearly, in US dollars plus applicable taxes. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Your content

You own the prompts, documents, data, images and templates you upload, and the decks you create. You give us permission to process that content only to run the service for you, for example to design slides, translate text and produce exports. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

AI output

• Slides, text, charts, translations and speaker notes are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Check facts, figures and translations before you present or publish.
• You are responsible for how you use the decks you create and for the claims they make.
• Similar briefs from different people may produce similar slides. We do not claim ownership of the output you receive.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others, including presenting false financial figures as real. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or resell access without our written agreement.

Brand assets and third-party material

Only upload logos, fonts and templates you are allowed to use. Images from our licensed libraries may be used inside your decks but not extracted and sold separately.

Teams

On Boardroom, admins control who can access shared brand kits and the team library. Content created in a team workspace belongs to the organisation that owns the workspace.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and your content safe, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. Keep your own exports of decks that matter to you.

Ending your use

You can cancel or close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost business arising from a presentation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction over disputes.
