Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, organisation, role and the language you present in, given at signup.
• Your content: prompts, outlines, uploaded documents, spreadsheets, images, logos, templates, speaker notes and the decks created from them.
• Usage data: features used, decks created, exports and basic device and browser information, used to keep the service working and improve it.
• Share link views: when you share a deck with view tracking on, we record which slides were viewed, for how long, and the viewer email if you ask viewers to provide one.

How we use your content

We process your content only to provide the service to you: reading documents, building slides, drawing charts, translating text, writing notes and producing exports.

• Your documents, data and decks are private to your account and the team you share them with.
• Uploaded files are not used to train AI models for other customers.
• We do not sell your personal information or your content.

AI processing

Some processing, such as text generation and translation, is carried out by AI model providers acting on our instructions. They receive only what is needed to complete the request and are bound not to use it to train their models or keep it beyond the request.

Images and brand assets

Images placed in decks come from licensed libraries or from your own uploads. Logos, fonts and templates you upload for Brand Master Slides are used only to style your own decks and those of your team.

Sharing and viewers

Decks are visible only to you until you share them. Anyone with a public share link can view that deck. You can turn off a link, add a password, require an email or set an expiry date at any time.

Retention and deletion

• You can delete any deck or uploaded file at any time. Deleted items are removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
• If you close your account, your content is deleted on the same schedule unless the law requires us to keep certain records, such as billing records.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer content by our staff is restricted and logged, and happens only to resolve a support request you raise or to meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your account information and content. Email preferences can be changed from any email we send. For any privacy request, use the contact form.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms from spam. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
